Service ManagerLatham, NY Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Service Manager, to join our client at their well-established Mechanical Contracting firm that specializes in commercial and industrial heating, boilers, burners, air handlers and combustion equipment of all types. This is a FT direct hire opportunity located in the Capital Region, New York area. Duties & ResponsibilitiesDemonstrates effective interpersonal skills with customers, co-workers, supervisors, engineering, sales, and management personnelA dynamic, skilled, and experienced individual You must be an outgoing, personable, and reliable, honest person who is 100% customer focusedA forward-thinking professional who wants everyone to succeedMust have commercial / industrial experience with building mechanical equipment including but not limited to boilers, burners, controls, chillers, air handlers and piping systems Qualifications and Attributes Knowledge of Boilers, burners, mechanical room design, purpose, and layoutHighly organized and familiar with scheduling and logisticsExcellent communication and people management skillsAbility to interpret and apply a variety of applicable codes and standardsEngineering background preferred in commercial/industrial boilers and boiler room accessoriesComputer literate utilizing Microsoft platformExperience with boilers, commercial mechanical rooms, and the ability to identify potential customers to generate targeted proposals and manage estimatesService existing customers and be able to identify and solve customer boiler needs from a technical viewpoint Be detail oriented and have excellent technical and communication skillsProblem solving, product knowledge, product development, presentation skills, technical understanding, organizational/planning skills, with ability to multi-task and set work priorities Salary$80-100k Fusco Personnel takes great pride in successfully matching talent and culture for our valued clients.
