Job Title: Global Talent Development & Inclusion Leader
Summary:The Global Talent Development & Inclusion Leader leads the design, development, and implementation of strategies and programs to engage, develop and retain top talent. The Leader is accountable to define and provide global leadership on executing short- and long-term goals, in alignment with the company vision and priorities for diversity, inclusion & belonging. The position will foster an inclusive culture of learning and development and build a strong leadership pipeline, embed a holistic learning mindset and create a culture empowered through feedback and development as foundational elements. Key programs include talent assessment, leadership development, succession planning, diversity & inclusion, employee training, performance management and digital learning platform implementation.
Responsibilities Include:
The primary responsibilities include:
Evaluate and develop a global Talent Development strategy, partnering with senior leaders across the organization based on the strengths and gaps of their organizations to provide development guidance and solutions targeted for different levels of the organization. Leading the design, implementation, and oversight of strategies and programs to engage, develop, and retain top talent.
Lead the development and oversight of a global diversity, inclusion, and belonging strategy. This includes establishing and managing annual organizational goals assessing their effectiveness in enhancing a culture of inclusion and providing global oversight on short- and long-term goals in alignment with the company's vision and priorities for diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
Develop and evaluate talent development strategies, programs, and activities to foster a culture of learning and development.
Build a global coaching culture and embed related skills and behaviors across senior business and HR leaders.
Translate and operationalize performance development programs, feedback models, and coaching skills development.
Strengthen talent bench through high potential identification, succession planning, and align development programs
Establishing a global leadership curriculum and a variety of growth vehicles for various employee segments.
Driving the utilization of Momentive’s Learning Management System
Up to 15% travel
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or in an equivalent field
10+ years of experience in Human Resources, L&D, Diversity and/or Talent Management or Development; With 5+ years in a leadership role and 2+ years of DEI leadership
Experience in strategic people development on an organizational scale.
Experience designing and/or implementing learning and development programs and tools for a variety of audiences from frontline to senior leaders, and professional employee segments
Thought leadership and successful execution of concepts related to diversity, equity, and inclusion to build cultural competency.
Outstanding communication skills (verbal, facilitation, written, and presentation), with proven experience navigating difficult and sensitive conversations.
Effective influencing and consulting skills
Proven change management and coaching skills.
High Proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams
Technology savvy, familiar with LMS systems, HCM systems e.g. Workday

May require ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; or the ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, and move a light to medium weight. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment, and learn technical information. Light lifting is required.

What We Offer:Base Pay Range: $143,000 - $209,550
The actua l salary offered i s determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill set s, and geography. Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable . Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company's incentive plans, the Company's financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.
