(paid weekly)Project Description:As a Desktop Technician ll, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and proactively identifying their needs. You will work to create the ideal experience that any customer would seek to encounter. For many of our customers, technology problems can be frustrating but easily solved by educating them. Your patience is a virtue! You will be the face of our operation and the go-to for what makes our company run....our customers!Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:Maintains, analyzes, and troubleshoots, computer systems (Windows 10 and MacOS), and computer peripherals on site and remotely.Mobile phone support (iPhone and Android).Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces software systems and hardware.Imaging, configuration, and wiping of computers.Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.Trains users, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.Hands and feet assistance on network connection issues; tracking network connections back to network switches.Escalates problems and issues to a higher level of support if unable to resolve.Represents in a professional and businesslike manner and communicates effectively with customers and associates.IMPORTANT: This is a very fast-paced and busy environment and has a high amount of interaction with customers. This is a single technician site. Minimum Salary: 24.00 Maximum Salary: 28.00 Salary Unit: Hourly
