中国料理レストランの担当ステーション/セクションを監督し、一貫性のある高品質な料理を提供し、アウトレットの運営コンセプトとハイアットインターナショナルの基準をサポートする丁寧でプロフェッショナルかつ、効率的で柔軟なサービスを提供していただきます。

• 日々の業務に必要な準備を担当していただきます。

• 担当セクションのすべての料理が、標準レシピに従い、一貫して調理・提供をしていただきます。

• 担当のアウトレットキッチンのセクションを、可能な限り効率的に整理・配置し、スピードを向上させ、生産性を最大限に高めていただきます。

• 食材および運営コストを監視し、効率的な運営に努めていただきます。

• 候補者には、中華料理に関する確かな知識が求められます。

To supervise the assigned station / section of the Chinese Cuisine restaurant, in order to prepare a consistent, high quality product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.

*Prepares all items for daily operation

*Ensures that all dishes from that section are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes.

*Organizes and sets up the assigned section of Outlet Kitchen as efficiently as possible to increase speed and maximize productivity.

*Monitors food and operating costs and controls these by reducing waste.

*Candidates must have a firm knowledge of the Chinese Cuisine

Qualifications:

ホテルまたは大型レストランにおいて、シェフ デ パルティエ (Chef de Partie)として最低2年以上、またはコミ（Commis）として3〜4年以上の勤務経験があること。特にグローバルブランドホテルでの勤務経験があると望ましい。キッチンの衛生管理や労働安全基準に関する包括的な知識が必要を必要とし、Microsoft Officeおよびレシピ管理システムなど基本的なコンピュータスキルを持っていることが望ましい。調理関連またはマネジメントの資格を持っている方は優遇。

Minimum 2 years work experience as Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as Demi Chef de Partie/Commis in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential. Basic Computer Skills in Microsoft Office, and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred. Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage.
