What you’ll do:

该职位负责协助财务经理处理日常财务管理事务，确保公司所有财务流程的准确性和及时性，领导应收账款团队，确保公司现金流健康稳定，信用控制和应收账款管理高效有序。

1. 内部控制制度：协助财务经理制定和执行公司的财务政策与程序，定期审查和分析财务报告，确保所有财务活动符合相关法律法规要求以及集团内部控制要求；

2. 分析及报表：定期向上级提交分析及报表，包括但不仅限于应收账款分析（账龄分析、风险评估、坏账准备计提等），提供决策支持；

3. 日常销售核算：领导应收账款团队，结合业务和会计准则，及时准确进行销售收入确认和应收账款账务处理， 指导团队成员处理账单、催账、收款、风险评估等日常工作；

4. 管理应收账款：对公司的应收账款进行管理，确保账款及时回收，制定收款计划，协调内外部各方解决付款问题；与关键客户进行联系和沟通， 确保收款流程的顺利进行；在必要时，配合法务部门处理因欠款产生的法律纠纷；

5. 信用控制及发货管控：评估客户的信用风险，根据评估结果制定相应的信用额度和付款条件，降低坏账风险；审核解锁发货订单，监控信用额度使用情况，及时准确反馈超期/超额度情况，及时向上级反映，调整收款策略；

6. 合同评审：负责成套及售后销售合同、订单的评审工作；对合同非标条款提出建议，监督非标合同的审批流程；

7. 优化现有的财务流程，提高工作效率和准确性；与内部各部门及外部合作伙伴保持良好沟通，确保财务相关流程的顺利进行和信息的准确传递；

8. 培养和发展团队成员，提升团队整体能力，加强团队数字化意识

9. 其他上级指派的任务

Qualifications:

1. 本科以上学历，会计、财务管理或相关领域专业背景

2. 至少6年以上财务相关经验，工业制造业或管理经验者优先

3. 熟悉会计准则、税务法规及相关法律知识

4. 具备较强的沟通能力和组织协调能力，能够在内外部团队中进行有效的沟通

5. 熟练掌握英文读写

6. 熟练使用Microsoft Office软件（Excel、PowerPoint、Word）及ERP系统，SAP或Power BI经验者优先
