Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for supervising the 2nd shift crew of packers, pouch machine operators, and working with the quality team. This candidate will handle scheduling, assist with repairs on equipment, and be a hands-on supervisor with employees. They will monitor the machine operating schedule and help with planning. Additionally, the candidate will guide the shipment team to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the 2nd shift crew including packers and pouch machine operators.

• Work closely with the quality team to maintain high standards.

• Handle scheduling and assist with equipment repairs.

• Act as a working supervisor, engaging directly with employees.

• Monitor the machine operating schedule and assist with planning.

• Guide the shipment team to ensure timely deliveries.

Essential Skills

• At least 2 years of production supervisor or lead experience.

• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Capability to lift 50 lbs.

• Ability to see colors (non color-blind).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in medical device or flexible packaging manufacturing.

• ISO certifications from GMP processes.

• Experience with machine slitting or converting.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00
