Job Title: Production Assembler

Job Description

This position will support the assembly of circuit boards and small electronics, including touch screens and medical equipment. The Assembly/Production Operator follows detailed procedures to process parts using necessary tools and equipment to meet production requirements by performing duties to quality and productivity standards. Responsibilities

• Safely operate drills and equipment as assigned to finish products according to specifications.

• Use hand tools safely.

• Communicate frequently with the team regarding concerns, discrepancies, and continuous improvement ideas.

• Follow safe work practices at all times.

• Maintain a clean, organized work station.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Essential Skills

• Experience with assembly, production, and labor in a manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency in following work instructions.

• Skills in soldering and electronic assembly, including SMT (Surface-Mount Technology).

• Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience.

This is a Contract position based out of NICHOLASVILLE, Kentucky.
