Job Title: Production Associate

Job Opportunity: Production Associate – Niagara Falls, NY

Pay: $17-20/hr (with a $2 shift differential for 2nd shift)

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7am – 3pm

• 2nd Shift: 3pm – 11pm

We are looking for a dedicated Production Associate to join our manufacturing team in Niagara Falls, NY. As a key member of our team, you will work on cutting-edge thermal and heat exchange products that play an important role in delivering sustainable solutions that improve performance, safety, and reliability for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Component Assembly: Assist in assembling products by accurately stacking components and conducting detailed leak tests to ensure product integrity.

• Surface Finishing: Apply paint and other finishing touches to products, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards for both function and appearance.

• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical blueprints to complete manufacturing tasks in alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Tool Utilization: Operate small hand tools efficiently for assembly and cleaning processes to maintain a smooth workflow.

Core Competencies:

• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Proficient in using calipers and micrometers for precise measurements.

• Experience with operating industrial machines in fabrication shop environments.

• Excellent data entry skills for maintaining accurate production records.

Position Details:

• Type: Contract-to-Hire

• Duration: 6 months

• Location: On-site in Niagara Falls, New York

Work Environment:

You will work in a fast-paced industrial machine and fabrication shop. Steel-toed footwear is required for safety. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to a high-performance team while working on cutting-edge products in a dynamic environment.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.50
