A local family owned business located in Niagara Falls, NY is seeking a Machine Operator for their temporary to hire opening!
Full-time position available and training provided! This small but mighty business offers: Pay rate is $18-$20/hr. ; Operating hours of 7:00am - 3:30pm Mon-Thu and 6:30am- 3:00pm Fri; OT available;
A clean work environment, non-smoking facility; Complete health care package once hired permanently; Work uniforms and boot allowance!
Position Details: The Machine Operator will begin in shipping and receiving and graduate to machine operation (usually about 4-6 weeks of shadowing and training prior to moving.)
The successful candidates will need to have: * Mechanical aptitude * Micrometer/caliper measuring * Fork truck * Good math skills * Attention to detail (inspection of wire) * Shipping and receiving * Ability to lift 50lbs * Use of overhead crane * Steel toes are required and this is a non-smoking environment - absolutely no smoking or vaping on the property.
