Job Description

Key Responsibilities in CRM

CRM System Design & Architecture:

  • Lead the architectural design, development, and deployment of CRM solutions tailored to the business requirements.

  • Provide a high-level architecture vision for CRM projects, ensuring integration with other enterprise systems and alignment with business goals.

  • Ensure that the CRM platform architecture supports scalability, security, and performance requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translating business requirements into technical CRM solutions.

  • Serve as the point of contact for leadership, understanding strategic initiatives and aligning the CRM architecture to support them.

Solution Implementation:

  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of CRM solutions, including customization, integration, data migration, and user training.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, data models, and ensure the successful integration of CRM systems with other enterprise solutions (ERP, marketing automation, etc.).

Customization & Configuration:

  • Architect complex CRM customizations, including workflows, dashboards, reports, and user interfaces, ensuring they align with business processes.

  • Design and implement data integration strategies to sync CRM data with other systems.

  • Performance Optimization & Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations to increase CRM system performance.

  • Monitor CRM performance and work to resolve any system issues, providing ongoing maintenance and enhancements.

Leadership & Mentoring:

  • Lead and mentor a team of CRM developers, administrators, and analysts.

  • Provide guidance on best practices, new CRM technologies, and methodologies.

Change Management & Training:

  • Facilitate the change management process, ensuring proper user adoption and smooth transition to new CRM tools and updates.

  • Design and deliver CRM training programs to end-users, helping teams maximize CRM functionalities.

Experience:

  • Strong experience in CRM system architecture and design.

  • Strong hands-on experience with major CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, or others).

  • Experience in designing and implementing CRM integrations, both inbound and outbound, with other enterprise systems (ERP, marketing automation, customer service platforms, etc.).

  • Proven track record in architecting scalable and efficient CRM solutions in large, complex environments.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of CRM best practices, methodologies, and tools.

  • Expertise in CRM data modeling, data integration, and APIs.

  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and SaaS CRM solutions.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.

  • Proficiency in CRM customization, configuration, and troubleshooting.

  • Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) as they pertain to CRM systems.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications. 1. Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems. 2. He/she is responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance. 3. His/her work requires the exercise of original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. 4. The software engineer builds skills and expertise of his/her software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities. 5. The software engineer collaborates and acts as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.

Salary Transparency:

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $96366 - $150000/yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
