Electro Maintenance Mechanic

Hiring Experienced Electro Maintenance Mechanics in Newtown, PA!

Shift & Pay

6:00am - 2:30pm (Morning shift) - $25-$32

Description

Perform a variety of construction, general installation, repair, and maintenance duties throughout the plant and office. This role involves mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and lubrication work

Responsibilities

• Executing equipment repairs in a timely manner

• Completing preventive maintenance service

• Assisting the VP of engineering on projects as needed

• Assisting in equipment rebuilding activities and engineering projects

• Performing basic maintenance tasks throughout the building and office, such as changing air filters and replacing light bulbs

• Using advanced troubleshooting skills to diagnose, repair, adjust, and maintain machinery

• Conducting planned and unplanned maintenance work to reduce equipment downtime

• Troubleshooting hydraulic machinery/presses and installing PLCs

• Maintaining proper levels of supplies

• Maintaining and completing preventive maintenance schedules for both locations (Newtown and Bensalem)

• Responding to maintenance emergencies and assisting as needed

• Using power tools as required

• Working in hot and cold temperatures

• Conducting preventive maintenance duties, such as cleaning, checking, and inspecting equipment

• Performing other related duties as required or directed

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of hydraulic machinery/presses

• Ability to install PLCs

• Experience with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Proficiency in using power tools

• Capability to work in varying temperatures

• At least 5+ years of experience performing mechanical and electrical maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic equipment

• Experience in facilities maintenance

• Knowledge of safety protocols

• Experience as an electrician
