Centrak, Inc. Finance Business Analyst in Newtown, Pennsylvania
Mission:
The Finance Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes within CenTrak. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, generate actionable insights, and provide recommendations to drive business performance and profitability. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting financial data to support strategic and operational decisions. This role will require heavy use of analytics tools (Ex: Power BI). This will involve creating tables, charts and graphs while also reviewing the financial reporting databases and identifying miss postings for correction to maintain reporting accuracy.

``` - Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.

``` - Produce, Review reports and dashboard for finance weekly and monthly reporting

``` - Support strategic planning

``` - Provide analysis and date to support the monthly forecast

``` - Provide commentary and insight on relevant areas for our monthly reporting

``` - Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but training can be provided for the right candidate

``` - 1-3 years experience in an analytical role.

``` - Strong analytical and reporting skills.

``` - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

``` - Proficient in using data analysis tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

``` - Expert in excel and familiarity of how to work with Power BI

``` - Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

``` - A general business awareness of either commercial, operations or engineering functions would be an advantage
