Are you looking for a Electrician/PLC troubleshooter position on 1st shift? Randstad is looking for a Maintenance Electrician for a company in Newport, TN. This position is Monday through Friday 7AM to 3:30PM and will pay between 60k-70k a year. Please call our office if you're interested in ing for this position. 423/638-9946

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshooting HMI's( C-more from automation direct)

• Troubleshooting machinery via PLC

• Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical failures on machinery and industrial equipment

• Understanding electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics to assist in installation and troubleshooting

• Installation and troubleshooting low and medium voltage power systems.

• Familiar with laser, encoders, photo eye, prox, limit switches, and relay logic

• Design, wire, and install low voltage control systems

• Troubleshoot issues with 80-ton chiller, cooling tower system

• Troubleshoot issues for 2ea 50hp air compressors

• Installing and Troubleshooting Commercial, and Industrial Electric.

• Sizing wire, conduit, and panels in accordance with NEC.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• standing for 8 hours at one time
