GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Cybersecurity Navy Validator.

Position Responsibilities:

• Cybersecurity Documentation and Analysis: Serve as a Navy Risk Management Framework (RMF) Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) responsible for performing a compliance review and analysis of cybersecurity requirements. Serves as a RMF NQV and/or Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) responsible for developing and delivering Navy RMF Accreditation Packages. Accreditation Packages include but are not limited to: System Security Plans (SSP), risk assessment reports, and Plans of Action and Milestones (POAM).

• Cybersecurity Testing and Mitigation: Responsible for developing and delivering for Government approval, Test Plans and Procedures to validate and verify that the tactical SONAR systems, SONAR subsystems, and/or laboratory infrastructure, across Navy and contractor activities, are compliant with cyber security requirements without degradation of system performance. Responsible for conducting cyber security compliance testing on the tactical SONAR system, SONAR subsystems, and/or laboratory infrastructure, across Navy and contractor activities. Responsible for applying Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) in the tactical SONAR systems, SONAR subsystems, and/or laboratory infrastructure, across Navy and contractor activities.

Position Requirements:

• U.S. Citizen

• Certified Navy Qualified Validator (NQV)

• Secret Clearance

• 5+ years of experience
