East Bay Community Action Program Clinical Supervisor Kids Connect Head Start in Newport, Rhode Island
East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) has an immediate opening for a full-time Early Childhood Clinical Supervisor for our expanding Kids Connect Program in our Behavioral Health Department. The Early Childhood Clinical Supervisor will report to the Chief of Heath Administration for Behavioral Health and will have the dynamics of a varied caseload and support of a multidisciplinary team.
The Early Childhood Clinical Supervisor will direct and collaborate with assigned clinicians, while also providing a wide range of age-appropriate clinical services to a determined caseload and have the overall responsibility for the provision of early childhood behavioral health services.
Rhode Island independent licensure (i.e., LICSW, LMHC) is required. The successful candidate will work to prioritize access to care, make appropriate assignments to staff based on skills, and ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to care within the health center system.
