work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Receivables:

Weekly AR report – call, email mail customers, submit notes to credit service

Receive Checks, EFTs

Chase payments for orders holding for payment

Call for and process credit cards

Monthly statements

Invoicing:

Process in the system and check all sales orders for accuracy while invoicing

Commission:

Run report, enter journals

Daily adjustments of Sales orders from rep responses

Mail and email commission checks and reports

Manage vendor database:

Set up vendors in system, run 1099 report

Receive PO invoices
