Job Overview

The Pub P.I.C will oversee operations while Kitchen Manager is offsite, fosters community engagement with the brand, and provides the best representation of the overall brand experience through hospitable guest interactions which allow our world class products to shine. Rogue Pub P.I.C. is experienced in all facets of guest service, including day to day restaurant operations, both front-of-house and heart-of-house.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking and servicing standards.

  • Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant's preventative maintenance programs.

  • Ensure that all products are ordered according to predetermined product specifications and received in correct unit count, conditions and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurant's receiving policies and procedures.

  • Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules and procedures

  • Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.

  • Line Cook experience essential

  • Available to work 11a.m. - 7 p.m. shift

  • Excellent communication skills and able to lead both BOH and FOH

Minimum Qualifications

Experience: previous experience in cooking and positive management.

Required skills: strong leadership skills, proficient in restaurant operations, excellent communication, patient thoughtful teacher, attention to detail, self-motivated, creative problem solving

Physical Demands

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and be able to move kegs which weigh close to 165 pounds.
