Service Delivery Manager

HOW A SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

● Manages the activities of Service Delivery's managers and independent contributors.

● Provides direction, focus, and guidance across multiple work centers to achieve larger goals.

● Balances customer's strategy, internal processes, and team dynamics overlayed with personal experience to resolve conflicts.

● Able to work in fast paced environment with multiple demands.

● Supports a mission focused customer with multiple ongoing activities simultaneously.

● Implements agile processes to meet customer requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

● Education: BS degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.

● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience

● Required Technical Skills: Windows administration & engineering, familiarity with virtual environments

● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI clearance

● Required Skills and Abilities: Strong interpersonal skills, process management, quality control management

● Preferred Skills: Scrum Master, ITIL

● Location: On Customer Site in Newington, VA

● US Citizenship Required due to TS/SCI clearance requirement.

The likely salary range for this position is $148,750 - $201,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
