Description

We are in search of a meticulous and efficient individual to fill the role of a Credit Clerk. The chosen candidate will be working at our corporate office located in Newington, Connecticut. This role involves handling master data that forms the backbone of our ordering, receiving, and payment systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain master data, including manufacturing information, units of measures, costs, descriptions, GTINS, and clinical attributes

• Oversee the PeopleSoft Item Master, ensuring it is updated and accurate

• Collaborate effectively with internal and external customers, and present findings to leaders when necessary

• Utilize communication skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to customer credit accounts

• Use knowledge of software applications to process customer credit applications and maintain records

• Actively participate in clinical trial operations and interact with suppliers for efficient operation

• Prepare datasets as needed and work with electronic medical records

• Demonstrate independent working skills and a willingness to learn and make suggestions

• Manage customer credit accounts, taking necessary actions for delinquent payments

• Ensure all tasks are performed onsite at the corporate office.

Requirements • Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with external customers and suppliers

• Knowledge and experience in clinical trial operations and manufacturing processes

• Demonstrated ability to prepare datasets and manage master data

• Familiarity with PeopleSoft and other software applications relevant to the role

• Experience working in a corporate office environment

• Understanding of ST Microcontroller operations

• Ability to work onsite and interact with external customers

• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record systems

• Experience in submission processes and procedures

• Ability to adhere to company policies and uphold professional standards at all times
