Decerna Bid Coordinator in Newcastle, United Kingdom
Decerna is seeking a Bid Coordinator to join our collaborative team. You'll coordinate tenders for potential clients, including government agencies, international organisations, and local authorities. You'll also be responsible for applying for both Frameworks and Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS).
Location: Cramlington, with up to two days working from home (flexible arrangements available)
Salary: Commensurate with skills and experience, with regular performance-based reviews
Working hours: Flexible full-time (37 hours/week) or part-time options available

Qualifications and skills we're looking for:
Around three years' experience in bid coordination or a similar role, or equivalent skills developed through relevant experience
Experience coordinating tenders and framework applications
Accuracy in the delivery of work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with bid management software
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
What you'll do in this role:
Coordinate various aspects of tender submissions and framework applications
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary information
Ensure all tender and framework requirements are met and submissions are compliant with requirements
Manage bid timelines, deadlines, and resources effectively
Identify potential risks associated with tender submissions and propose solutions
Contribute to improving bid processes and templates
Maintain records of tender and framework opportunities and outcomes
Provide regular updates to the team on bid status and results
Facilitate knowledge transfer within the company across different tenders and framework applications
How we'll measure success:
Timely submission of high-quality tenders and framework applications
Continuous improvement in bid success rates and process efficiency
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of bid activities
Positive feedback from team members and stakeholders
