Job Title: Well Driller Apprentice

Location: Newville, PA

Payrate: $19 - $21 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time

We a leading provider of well drilling services, committed to delivering high-quality and reliable solutions to our clients. We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Well Driller Apprentice.

Job Description: As a Well Driller Apprentice, you will work under the supervision of experienced well drillers to learn the trade and develop the skills necessary for a successful career in well drilling. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and operation of drilling equipment

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on drilling equipment

• Help with the installation of well casings and screens

• Monitor and record drilling progress

• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times

• Assist in site cleanup and equipment storage

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work in various weather conditions

• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Valid driver’s license
