PARK NATIONAL BANK Commercial Loan Business Analyst in Newark, Ohio

Description RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-Remote *Not eligible for sponsorship Collaborate with stakeholders of the applicable software to identify needs and design efficient, effective solutions Develop software solutions and/or collaborate with IT and third party software vendors for development, producing business requirements and technical specifications Perform system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing Develop and maintain operating procedures, user documentation, and ongoing end user training Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, and perform system analysis where a high degree of technical competency is required Identify, track, escalate, report, and resolve software and process issues Serve as the business line coordinator for projects involving software releases, enhancements, and integrations Assist the IT business solutions analyst with business case development Create and execute project plans related to the software Provide software expertise for business line projects Individually and if applicable, as a manager, participate in identifying, measuring, monitoring, controlling and mitigating departmental and enterprise-wide risks Maintain awareness of and adhere to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks Other duties as assigned COMPETENCIES Interpersonal/Customer Service Skills Written and Verbal Communication Basic Computer Skills Organizational Skills/Detail Oriented Analytical Thinking Problem/Situation Analysis Technical Expertise Ability to work as part of a team SCHEDULE Typical office hours are M-F 8a-5p. This position is exempt and full-time. A minimum 40 hours is required per week. This position is fully remote.
