1.0 FTE Director of Technology
Newark CSD is seeking a full-time Director of Technology to lead a dynamic team of specialists to effectively integrate and implement technology for instruction across the district. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and high levels of collaboration, creativity, attention to detail, and flexibility along with the ability to provide direct support when needed. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Coordination of technology for effective instructional delivery
Coordination and/or provision of professional learning
Acquisition, implementation, maintenance, and repair of hardware and software
Integration of technology into curriculum
Collaboration with community and school partners
EdLaw 2-D Compliance Officer
Oversight of District Technology Plan
Job Qualifications
NYS School District Leader or NYS School District Administrator certification
