A Day in the Life of a Bake Shop and Café Manager:
As a Bake Shop and Café Manager, you will manage the overall daily operations of the Bake Shop and Café. You will also ensure the highest quality baked goods and deli offering are produced daily while providing excellent customer service and a great experience for each customer.
Ensures staffing, training and performance management of all deli and bake shop staff
Train staff in all workplace policies, safety procedures, cleaning requirements and proper attire.
Ensure a safe, clean worksite where workplace and food safety standards are always met, all equipment and dishes are thoroughly sanitized and precautions are taken at all levels to prevent foodborne illness.
Develop menu and pricing.
Please orders, oversee stock control and receive orders.
Performs other tasks and job duties as assigned.
Who We Are Looking For:
You have outstanding customer service and communication skills. You are extremely well organized and have the ability work in a fast paced changing environment.
You have a High School Diploma or GED with two years of bakery or café experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered. Supervisory experience is preferred.
Work Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday 6am - 2pm with flexibility
