RUTGERS LAW SCHOOL invites applications for a visiting assistant faculty position in the Clinical Program of the Newark location to begin in January 2025. The position is a one-year position from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
The visiting professor will direct our federal Tax Clinic while our current director is on leave. This will include teaching the seminar class for this clinic supervising clinic students on cases concerning tax issues. The Minimum requirements include a J.D. degree and membership in good standing of the Bar of any state; at least 5 years of legal experience in tax law; prior teaching or supervision experience, and a demonstrated potential for teaching excellence. Qualifications
