We are seeking a USB Leadership Development Program and Engagement Manager to be an innovative, collaborative member of the USB L&D team running our USB L&D Program and supporting a wide variety of projects within the U.S. Businesses. An ideal candidate is intellectually curious, an inspiring leader, out of the box thinker with tenacious program management skills. This role will lead a small team, report to VP of USB L&D and will work with colleagues throughout the US business system and Enterprise.
As the ideal candidate you have experience leading multiple priorities, forming relationships, and influencing stakeholders. The successful candidate has experience with providing program management for leadership development programs, talent development practices, and working in a fast paced, vibrant environment.
The current employee work arrangement for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
What you can expect:
This role will help to complete the strategic direction and vision for the U.S. Businesses leadership development rotational program and early talent programs. You will be responsible for end-to-end program management which includes owning and running key elements of the program lifecycle. The role also requires cultivating partnerships across the USB, the HR Business Partner community and with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the success of the leadership development and early talent programs. This role will also be critical in driving the strategy and execution of our USB Enablement & Engagement. You will work with the US Businesses to drive business outcomes related to USB Inclusion and Diversity strategy, recognition programs, talent initiatives and employee engagement. In addition, this role will work on a wide variety of projects with a broad set of diverse working teams.
