The Sourcing and Procurement Specialist S2P Systems Support is responsible for day-to-day support for multiple S2P systems owned by Global Sourcing & Procurement, with oversight from the Director S2P Systems. The associate has a general understanding of the full end-to-end S2P process and systems architecture.
The current employee work arrangement for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
What you can expect:
Collaborate with key stakeholders of various S2P systems to document business requirements and prioritize system enhancements
Partner with technical support to manage testing and implementation of system upgrades, bug fixes and enhancements
Develop and provide systems training to end users. This includes conducting live training (virtual or in-person) and preparing/maintaining training and reference materials
Monitor integrity of existing S2P data
Provide recommendations for new requirements
What youll need:
2-3 years of overall business experience, including project management and systems support
Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups with the ability to build consensus and develop strong relationships
Superior analytical ability to gather facts, analyze relevant information, and draw conclusions/propose solutions
Bachelor's Degree
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently
Itd be a plus if you had:
Experience working in agile methodology is a plus
Previous experience working in a procurement function

The salary range for this role is from $71,100.00 to $105,900.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
