MARS Wrigley is looking for a strategic and creative Social & Community Lead to build, grow, and engage our brand communities across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and X). This role goes beyond community management-it's about shaping conversations, driving cultural relevance, and leveraging insights to fuel engaging content that resonates and converts.

What are we looking for?
Minimum Associates Degree required in Marketing or a related field
1-3 years' experience in social media marketing and content creation
Deep knowledge of social platform features and trends
Experience in community management and driving social engagement
Experience writing copy to ensure it is on-brand and meets brand guidelines
Ability to set and achieve goals and manage multiple projects and priorities
Ability to create strong relationships across internal departments & external agency partners
What would be your key responsibilities?
Develop and Execute Social Strategy
Partner with internal teams and agencies to create and implement innovative social media strategies that align with brand goals.
Use data-driven insights and cultural trends to guide real-time and long-term content strategies.
Drive Engagement & Community Growth
Lead real-time community engagement, ensuring brand voice consistency while fostering meaningful connections.
Proactively identify opportunities for brands to join cultural conversations, particularly on Threads, Twitter (X) and TikTok.
Use social listening tools to surface trends, audience insights, and opportunities for engagement.
Content & Campaign Execution
Collaborate with creative teams to ideate and optimize engaging, platform-native content that drives impact.
Manage the end-to-end content approval process, ensuring alignment with brand and regulatory guidelines.
Schedule and publish social content across platforms, optimizing for engagement and reach.
Insights & Performance Measurement
Track and analyze social performance metrics to inform future content and engagement strategies.
Share key insights and learnings with internal stakeholders to refine social execution.
