Reporting to the Chief Digital and Information Officer, North America, you will spearhead regional leadership of the Data & Analytics Team for demand functions, driving foundational and transformational initiatives around data products, analytics and AI to significantly impact market performance for the largest region of the global Mars Wrigley business.

Collaborating across functions, you'll craft a roadmap of impactful use cases spanning Sales, Category, SRM, Marketing, Media, and dCom, while fostering connectivity with our broader enterprise data and digital ecosystem. What are we looking for?
15 years of experience at a CPG or manufacturing company, with 5 years managing data products a retailer within complex environments will also be considered.
Be a visionary leader with a strong technical background in data science and analytics, excellent communication skills, change management skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures. This position not only demands a deep understanding of data but also requires the ability to apply this knowledge strategically to drive substantial business growth and efficiency.
Technical and Operational depth in managing data products.
Foundational understanding of AI, ML and how clean data can be leveraged by multi-modal LLMs
Strong cross-functional Stakeholder management experience.
Experience leading full-time, contract and vendor resources across multiple geographies.
Bachelor's degree in equivalent field of study is required.
An advanced degree would further enhance the ideal candidate's qualifications.


What will be your key responsibilities?
Regional data products catalog oversight and management
Data Governance and Compliance
Integrate Demand side with Supply side data
Data analytics and insights
Regional AI agenda and functional use-case deployment
Regional data vendor management
Data engineering last mile (back-end) in partnership with NA CIO / Global ODDA
AI back-end engineering in partnership with NA CIO / Global / D30 enterprise transformation initiative team
