Responsibilities
What You'll Get to Do:
Incentive Compensation Administration
Responsible for collection, analysis and reporting of sales related data to increase overall sales productivity
Develop and track key performance indicators and evaluate performance based on sales quotas
Develop working relationship with key stakeholders and gain an understanding of their business unit strategies and requirements
Research and respond to any employee inquiries on a timely basis
Analyze any operational processes and issues and offer alternative business solutions.
Proactively develop recommendations to further automate and improve the commission process
Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
Reporting: Develop and generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), business metrics, and other relevant business performance data.
Business Intelligence: Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to create user-friendly dashboards and reports that provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
Education and Experience
College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Prior front line business experience preferred
Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM systems – SFDC and SAP
Strong PC skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Experience with incentive compensation management software systems
Key Competencies
Strong ability to work collaboratively between multiple departments
Proficient email management with high volume requests
Ability to identify and expedite critical issues
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills

The salary range below is just one component of Panasonic Connect's total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
