Job Summary:
This position is responsible for contributing to the efficiency of the HR Business Partner team by performing various analytical functions and coordinating special projectsResponsibilities:Oversees the implementation of special projects, maintains project plans to completion.
Creates task lists, researches dependencies, and tracks expenditures.
Maintains relationships with external and internal customers while facilitating projects.
Compliance Reporting and related activities including medicare department reports, EAD/Immigration status changes; Records retention requirements.
Budget preparation and maintenance.
Prepares meeting presentations, agendas, documents minutes and maintains issue logs.
Functions as a project administrator, serving as a liaison to ensure timely implementation of the team's activities.
Tracks and trends data and compiles reports for operational use.
Performs analysis to ensure adherence to established project plans and budgets.

High School Diploma/GED required.
3 years work experience in related field
PHR Preferred
Knowledge of MS Project is preferred
General knowledge of HR Law/Labor Relations preferred
Requires proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Requires strong analytical skills
Requires excellent organizational skills
Requires strong communication skills
Requires the ability to be a team player
Requires strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Salary Range:
$61,200 - $81,900This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. This range has been created in good faith based on information known to Horizon at the time of posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case.
