The Director Source to Pay (S2P) Systems Support is responsible for overseeing the S2P Systems Support team within GSP and has functional responsibility for all applications and tools owned and managed by GSP across the S2P lifecycle. The Director will support the Lead Strategic Sourcing (S2P Systems and Analytics) in developing strategy for the team and leading the execution of the strategy.
The current employee work arrangement for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
What you can expect:
Work with the Lead Strategic Sourcing (Source to Pay (S2P) Systems & Analytics) to develop and execute on S2P systems strategy
Lead significant systems implementations, integrations, and enhancements in partnership with Global Technology
Manage and support ad hoc projects and requests
Partner with stakeholders to understand their system needs, with a focus on opportunities for ongoing improvement and automation
Understand and work to adopt new capabilities (e.g. Gen AI) available within our existing tools and applications
Continually look at the marketplace for potential new tools or capabilities that GSP should pursue
Lead and manage a team of individuals responsible for day-to-day management and support for specific S2P applications and internal/external website content
What youll need:
5-8 years of overall business experience, including project management and systems support
Experience working across multiple collaborator groups with the ability to build consensus and develop strong relationships
Superior analytical ability to gather facts, analyze relevant information, and draw conclusions/propose solutions
Strong conceptual thinking skills and problem-solving experience
Solid verbal and written communications and presentation skills, including ability to appropriately tailor communications for various audiences
Ability to lead independently with minimal guidance, managing multiple projects concurrently
Successful organizational skills, ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Bachelors degree required
Itd be a plus if you had:
Experience working in agile methodology
Previous experience working in a procurement function

The salary range for this role is from $148,800.00 to $201,200.00.
