The Director, Global ERP CoE Product & Platform lead is accountable for ensuring the technical build of the global SAP S/4 ERP landscape and instances for Mars Snacking. Additionally, this Associate will create the strategy for the development factory for both the initial build phase and for the continuous rollouts. This role will closely partner with the enterprise technical areas to create sustainable lifecycle management for the new ERP.

Working closely to the Digital Core Enterprise teams (Enterprise Technologies, Global Digital Operations) and the Digital Core teams in Petcare and Food, this role will secure Mars Snacking will respect the principles of design authority as well as the maintenance of a clean digital core, while securing a fit for value solution that will support the Mars Snacking D30 vision and value generation opportunities.

This role is transformation funded and is part of the broader D30 program.

What are we looking for?

Proven technical knowledge of large scale / global ERP environments .


Proven previous experience leading ERP implementations at large scale CPG/pharma companies .


5 years leading ERP platform and development areas .


Experience in line managing distributed teams of Associates plus Tier 1 extended partners .


Experience with infrastructure stack - including cloud solutions ( but not limited to ) , also security, data privacy, and s olution a rchitecture areas .


Experience in Dev/Ops tooling and capabilities .


Stakeholder r elationship skills , having worked directly with senior IT leadership teams .


Previous experience in managing b udget s .


What will be your key responsibilities?

Staff and lead a high performing team of T echnical L eads and S olution A rchitects .


Partner with Enterprise Technologies, Global Digital Operations , Petcare and Food Digital Core team s to secure fit-fo r -purpose design of the enterprise and Mars Wrigley SAP S/4 ERP platforms.


Collaborate with other digital core leaders in Mars Snacking ( R&D, Commercial, P lanning, D ata, Architecture ) to ensure effective integration between ERP and Edge systems.


Oversight of the implementation of SAP S/4 ERP for the lead market in conjunction with the functional director peers within Mars Snacking CoE .


Building development factory , sustainable over time , focused in Dev/Ops best practices and continuous delivery.


Technical oversight of the design authority principles and governance over S/4 template of Mars Snacking along with Functional peers from CoE .


Budget management for the direct and indirect staff engaged in the transformation activities.


3 rd party management for the SAP S/4 ERP System Integrator in the area.


Ensure the service intake is done at quality level once product is ready to be transitioned . Lead early assessments and participate in definitions of operating model f or the SAP S/4 ERP supportability, part of D30 workstreams.
