Industrial Staffing Services Inc dba Equiliem CVOR in Newark, New Jersey

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team for a 13-week contract in the CVOR unit. This role requires flexibility and dedication, with specific on-call responsibilities and a requirement to float to the Main OR for primarily Ortho and General cases.

Responsibilities
  • On-call 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday (one weekend per month)
  • On-call 2 shifts per week
  • Primary Unit: CVOR
  • Float to Main OR for Ortho & General cases
Qualifications
  • BLS Required
  • 2.5 Years of OR experience required
  • Circulate required; Scrub is preferred
  • Types of Cases/Experience Required: Valve replacement, coronary artery bypass, TAVR, Dissection, VATs
  • Main OR: Strong experience in General and Ortho, Standard cardiac (Cabg, AVR, MVR), TAVR, TCAR, TEVAR, VATs, VADs
  • Transplant experience (at least heart transplant preferred)
  • Must have Endovascular, vascular experience (i.e. Endovascular AAA, carotid endarterectomy, arteriogram, angiogram, trans carotid artery revascularization (TCAR), AV fistula, Fem-Pop bypass)
  • Cardiac Transplant experience preferred
  • Charting System: EPIC/OR Manager (PICIS)
  • First Time Traveler's Accepted
  • Scrubs provided
