Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accountant in the financial services industry, located in Newark, New Jersey. This role is fully on-site and will require a candidate who can operate independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the conversion of pdf files into excel and upload them into QuickBooks

• Handle bank reconciliation tasks using QuickBooks

• Utilize accounting software systems for various accounting functions

• Prepare files for review, specifically targeting year end 2024

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for appropriate tasks

• Operate ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for necessary operations

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Conduct auditing tasks when required

• Maintain Balance Sheet Account

• Use Concur for pertinent tasks

• Independently manage and navigate through QuickBooks Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Knowledge of Cl Programming

• Familiarity with Concur

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Mastery of Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proficiency in Auditing

• Capability in managing Balance Sheet Account

• Proficiency in QuickBooks
