CONVERSIONS MATERIAL HANDLER

DuPont’s Electronics & Industrial division has an opportunity for an experienced Conversions Material Handler at our Newark-Bellevue, Delaware location.

Our products serve the semiconductor, advanced chip packaging, circuit board, electronic and industrial finishing, photovoltaic, display, and digital and flexographic printing industries.

Electronics & Industrial is a leading innovator with unmatched materials integrations expertise, built upon our recognized strong customer relationships and our global market presence.

We have a opening on each of the following shifts:

Days – 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Nights – 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Operate independently under limited supervision to ensure proper flow of raw materials and finished products along with excellent inventory accounting while adhering to all safety requirements.

• Utilize strong attention to detail and computer skills to electronically maintain an accurate production records and inventory of all parts in the plant.

• Set-up process orders and issue material based on schedule priority.

• Maintain physical inventory of raw materials and finished parts.

• Complete cycle counts of inventory and utilize troubleshooting skills to understand and correct errors.

• Operate PIT equipment.

• Execute actions related to containment and disposition on non-conforming material.

• Perform first line troubleshooting for equipment malfunctions and computer program issues, involving other experts as needed.

• Function as the SAP expert for the shift team. Utilizing SAP knowledge to troubleshoot and correct SAP errors in process order set up.

• Communicate status of material and follow-up on any discrepancies with appropriate parties.

Your qualification profile:

• High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of CMPT manufacturing or other relevant experience required.

• Strong Safety and Quality focus is required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and SAP required

• Attention to detail is critical

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills needed

• Safe Work Permit and IOES trained resource desired

• The ability to work effectively in a team environment is critical

• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (PIT equipment)

• Ability to frequently lift 15 to 20 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
