Robert Half Client Data Analyst in Newark, Delaware

Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Client Data Analyst in Newark, Delaware. This role is pivotal in our team, focusing on analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, designing and formatting reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. The role will also involve collaborating with stakeholders to meet business requirements and leveraging business intelligence (BI) platform skills to create advanced data flows.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend and meet business requirements.

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to drive business insights.

• Design and format reports to align with business needs and standards.

• Validate report data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Create and maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures within the reporting function.

• Establish automation and efficiencies around data and reporting functions.

• Use programming languages to work with data teams to query, structure, and model data as needed.

• Leverage expert knowledge of business and technical metadata, data quality, and issue remediation to create accurate data models within BI tool(s).

• Mentor less experienced team members in the use of dashboard/report templates, data visualization best practices, and facilitate learning opportunity

Requirements • Proficient in data analysis and database development.

• Expertise in SQL and JavaScript is required.

• Familiarity with Oracle and other database systems.

• Strong experience in creating and managing documentation.

• Ability to design and implement best practices and procedures.

• Knowledge of compliance and regulation laws related to client data.

• Skill in developing and delivering presentations to various stakeholders.

• Experience in benefit functions and check processing.

• Proficiency in using monitoring tools and addressing any discrepancy.

• Ability to create, execute, and troubleshoot database queries.

• Knowledge of company policies regarding data security.

• Track record in making progress through automation.

• Capability to work and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Proven experience in adhering to law regulations and company policies.
