Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Document Production Workflow Coordinator based in New York, New York. This role involves coordinating workflow within a high-pressure, high-volume production environment, training team members, and delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be well-versed in document production and will have an advanced understanding of various software programs.

Responsibilities:

• Handle work requests from clients, including clarification of job instructions and negotiation of deadlines.

• Prioritize work requests across the team and coordinate multiple projects.

• Train team members in document production procedures and best practices.

• Ensure speed and accuracy in document production.

• Utilize advanced software aptitude to produce documents.

• Communicate with team members, supervisors, and clients on job or deadline issues.

• Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.

• Troubleshoot technical issues specific to the business/client.

• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to company policies.

• Coordinate across the team and work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality results.

• Exercise good judgment and organizational skills, with a solutions-oriented approach.
