Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., seeks a Vice President in New York, NY to design robust, reliable, and performant solutions in the strats analytics platform. Requires a Masters degree in Financial Engineering or related quantitative field or equivalent, and three (3) years of experience designing robust, reliable, and performant quantitative application solutions for fixed income products for a financial institution; developing quantitative methodologies to characterize cashflows for fixed income products and businesses and assessing their soundness for end user financial needs; modeling and implementing logic in Python or C++; building code to transmit financial data through data pipelines; writing shell scripts and scheduler jobs to automate feeding available financial data to quantitative applications and generate financial reports for business users; utilizing modern development practices including CI/CD to roll out automated testing; and managing production release of financial applications and maintaining unit tests to identify breaking changes in the code.
