Job Duties: Vice President, Project Management with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in New York, New York. Lead and design innovative technical solutions to support Goldman Sachs’ client business. Own software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes, as well as manage the gathering of business and technical requirements, software design, development, testing, release management, and production support to translate requirements into well-engineered business applications and conduct strategic and tactical risk analyses. Manage high-risk, complex Agile technology projects and products from initiation to implementation across multiple divisions using effective planning, project governance, communication, and risk management strategies. Perform detailed business and technology impact analysis, develop and execute test plans spanning across multiple systems and business lines. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, users, and product engineers and prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Responsible for communicating and escalating issues to senior stakeholders as well as providing program-wide risk management support along with oversight on implementation of firmwide control and monitoring tools. Build and manage the data analytics layer, using technologies like Adobe Launch, Grafana, Pulse, etc to provide key metrics to the business to ensure best possible experience for user data and client journeys. Create detailed business analysis plans via product grooming including writing business requirements using tools such as JIRA and Confluence, coordinating and tracking all projects for seamless delivery using Project Management tools. Translate product grooming requirements into technical design solutions and requirements. Apply database and SQL skills including writing queries, stored procedures and Mongobee scripts in relational databases such as Sybase and DB2 as well as non-relational databases like MongoDB. Facilitate sprint planning, sprint poker, daily scrums, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and software demonstrations.Job Requirements: Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a related role OR Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related role. Prior work experience must include three (3) years of experience (with Master’s degree) OR five (5) years of experience (with Bachelor’s degree) with: working with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including interacting with various stakeholders to facilitate requirements, analysis, design, user acceptance testing, and post-release production support; managing multiple deadline-driven initiatives and projects; using database and SQL, including writing queries, stored procedures and Mongobee scripts in relational databases such as Sybase and DB2 as well as non-relational databases like MongoDB; participating in high level architectural and engineering discussions to manage stakeholder communication; and using JIRA, Confluence, GitLab SDLC, Smartsheet and Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point). Prior work experience must include one (1) year of experience with: using content management stores such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM); and using Adobe Launch or similar web analytics platforms to track user journeys and derive insights to drive product strategy.Job Code: 8095481Salary Range: The expected annual base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $196,000.
