Create risk mitigation strategies and implement controls and processes to comply with regulations. Assess risks and drive actions to address root causes that lead to financial, technology, operational, and other risks by challenging historical and proposed practices. Maintain governance and oversight over regulatory controls and processes for the Information Security office and Identity and Access Management office. Work with technology teams to identify risk areas and scope for upcoming audit and regulatory reviews. Provide oversight and guidance on key technology projects to drive completion of risk-related deliverables and issue resolutions. Engage with technology teams to assess changing technologies and control environments. Collaborate with technology and audit teams to identify high-risk areas, perform assessments of inherent risks, and recommend mitigating controls that meet organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Support successful completion of annual audits by overseeing the delivery of evidence requests. Work with technology risk; information security; identity access management; internal audits; and financial controls.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field of study, plus five (5) years of experience with technology risk; information security; identity access management; internal audits; and financial controls.
Minimum Salary: 183,290 Maximum Salary: 204,700 Salary Unit: Yearly
