Overview
As a Vice President, Director on the Project Management Team, you will:
Timeline management across 40-plus pitches either net new or competitive organic ones:
Manage Excel and pitch calendar, updating weekly and working with each individual BD lead to get intel
Develop pitch schedules at the beginning of each pitch; for media pitches include a decision date for if creative is required and what sort of creative that will be eg, execute tactics in media placements with existing creative, coming up with a breakthrough activation idea, bringing in content etc.)
Build out a detailed pitch calendar for media and for creative and hold a weekly meeting to ensure staffing leads are up to speed with requirements; track all casting needs and decisions.
Lead efforts across cross-disciplinary team to deliver the estimated business value of an approved program
Serve as administrator and architect of the BD Box Folders so that access to content is more intuitive
Design template management
Claims management
Bi-annual development of trend reports for BD results and growth plan meetings
Facilitate, track and monitor programs, activities and roadmaps and scope
Define and adjust processes to meet project/business needs and look for ways to improve processes while coaching teams to do the same
Responsibilities
Day-to-day, your role includes:
Being responsible for the direction, oversight and outcome of a large account, program or process
Problem-solving program and project issues; assisting teams in resolution and successfully leading large teams to develop risk mitigation plans
Working with capability leads to understand business needs and helping identify and solving staffing-mix issues to meet business goals
Working with clients to establish best practice processes that meet client business needs
Demonstrating the ability to deliver constructive feedback while outlining and facilitating development plans where needed

Qualifications
We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:
A four-year degree
10-12 years of Project Management, Marketing or related experience
Mastery of large-level projects and programs
PMP and/or CSM Certification (or desire to get this)
Working knowledge of enterprise tools (JIRA, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, Trello)

Compensation Range: $119,510 - $188,025. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
