Beacon Hill Staffing Group Timekeeping Systems Administrator in New York, New York
Our client, a world-renowned law firm, seeks a well-versed Timekeeping Systems Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate demonstrates a deep understanding of HR systems and their integration with timekeeping systems, possessing an expertise in Kronos (HRIS). Furthermore, the candidate must have the ability to design, configure, and maintain various timekeeping modules, including accruals, scheduling, and reporting, while also leading system upgrades and enhancements. Additionally, they excel in identifying system improvements, developing data integrations, and resolving application issues, ensuring seamless operations and continuous system optimization. - 5+ years of HR experience
- Comprehensive experience with Kronos, strongly preferred
- The ability to design, configure, and maintain timekeeping, accruals, scheduling, and reporting
- 5+ years of experience with implementing a relevant timekeeping system
Compensation commensurate with experience.
