Manage special product requests from North America and Latin America; Develop and manage lighting projects from concept to completion; Provide technical support to North America and Latin American salesforce on contract and private projects; Attend construction coordination meetings with final clients and contractors; Create and manage project timelines and budgets; Track project progress and identify and mitigate risks; Manage and assign projects to drafting team including revisions and approvals; Provide on-site support for special product installation, lighting installation, and lighting focusing; Conduct on-site lighting surveys and produce detailed lighting levels reports; and Prepare detailed estimates of materials and costs and produce detailed wiring schemes to comply with State and City regulations.Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in architecture or foreign equivalent plus two years of professional experience in the offered position or as a Project Manager in the architectural or lighting industry: Creating and managing multiple commercial and residential projects simultaneously and meeting corresponding deadlines and budgets; Attending construction coordination meetings with final clients and contractors; Conducting on-site lighting surveys and produce detailed lighting levels reports; Working on the following design specialist computer applications: AutoCad, Rhinoceros, DiaLux, Siemens NX, and Adobe Suite; and Working with Building Code, Lighting Regulations within the Energy Code and Safety Standards as required per projectPosition requires international travel (typically two to three times per year) for Trade Shows.

Minimum Salary: 90000 Maximum Salary: 105,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
