Our financial services client is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be part of the IT Governance Portfolio supporting various technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation skills, a collaborative mindset, and a results-driven approach which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Technical Program Manager - Oracle
Location: New York, New York (On-site 1-2 times a week)
Pay Range: $85-90/hour W2
(Due to client rules, we are unable to work with 3rd party / subcontractors; all candidates must be able to work on Experis' W2 directly)
What's the Job?
Lead planning, strategy, execution, and technical implementation delivery of complex programs and projects.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Oracle and manage enterprise-wide applications and complex technical projects.
Manage project budget and resource allocation while ensuring ROI monitoring and tracking.
Facilitate communication among clients/stakeholders and implement necessary changes.
Conduct Process Quality Reviews and drive portfolio prioritization and ROI Demand meetings.
What's Needed?
10-15 years of Technical Program Management experience in delivering complex enterprise-wide projects.
7-10 years of documented Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or Release Train Engineer (RTE).
Proficiency in Jira/Confluence, Oracle, ServiceNow SPM, and ITSM modules.
Strong knowledge of Agile Methodology and process improvement.
Prior experience in the financial services and technology industry is preferred.
