Your Role Sesame Workshop's Production Department is looking to fill the role of Freelance Talent Production Assistant for Sesame Street. We are seeking a proactive, organized, and motivated individual with previous production and high-profile Talent experience. This freelance role is contracted for 17 weeks and is a hybrid of both in-person and remote work (mostly in-person). What You'll Do * Book travel for Talent and Directors * Act as Talent escort for shoots (greet Talent, book cars, prep green rooms, ext.) * Prepare Talent Breakdowns - working with the Producers and Muppet Captain to cast * Book Talent for Sesame Street, Digital projects, Press Events, Voice Over and ADR sessions * Perform administrative work (calendaring, document creation, research, charts, etc.) * Book audio facilities/engineers for Talent records * Distribute scripts to Talent * Assist Child Talent Casting Director helping to manage talent extras, guardians, ext. * Coordinate Talent lunches during shoots, records, or meetings * Help identify Talent milestones, i.e. birthdays, anniversaries, personal achievements and work for recognition - sending gifts as needed * Assist with metadata entry in RiseTime management system for the Talent * Assist Production Stage Manager - Exhibit G's, wrangling Talent, ext.
