Your New Role

As the Talent Community Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing and growing our established talent community. Your work will focus on deepening engagement with current members while attracting new talent to join. Taking a data-centered approach, you will ensure that all strategies are measurable and demonstrate impact. By leveraging insights, you will drive recruitment marketing efforts that convert interested candidates into applicants and elevate our employer brand. Your responsibilities will include creating compelling content, managing events, and implementing innovative strategies to attract and engage top talent.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement initiatives that foster connection, trust, and value within our Talent Community, ensuring members are excited about every interaction with our brand.

  • Create and deliver engaging content, including newsletters, career site blog posts, and social media updates, that align with community interests and recruitment marketing goals.

  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, managing logistics, communications, and follow-ups. Partner with internal ambassadors to strengthen attendee relationships and increase engagement.

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and Business Resource Groups to enhance the visibility of recruitment campaigns. Use insights from events and campaigns to inform future strategies.

  • Support documentation and reporting of events and campaigns, capturing key learnings to refine best practices and improve future initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong content writing skills, with the ability to create engaging and impactful marketing campaigns. Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and project management systems.

  • Experience in event planning and project management, including the successful execution of virtual and in-person events.

  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting to measure the effectiveness of content and events.

  • Proven ability to influence and drive initiatives without formal managerial authority by building strong relationships and collaborating effectively across teams.

  • Cultural competency and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies to enhance company visibility and attract top talent.

  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong capacity for creative thinking and the ability to take initiative.

  • Business acumen and a clear understanding of how talent community engagement initiatives align with organizational goals and represent valuable investments.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $54,600.00 - $101,400.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
