Job Description
The Video Supervisor completes all video-buying responsibilities. You will manage investment across the full Video eco-system (Linear TV, FEP, VOD, OTT, Mobile, Connected TV, etc). You will see the opportunity to create new ways of working, learn more about the evolving digital and content influence, and help push boundaries for pharma in the Video space. You will report to the Director of Video Investment. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. Video Activation
Manage the Video Activation Process across multiple clients independently
Compile planning costs estimates across portfolio
Populate Planned vs. Purchased document by campaign
Oversee Buyer on all negotiations
Review all buys once finalized
Communicate with APEX on VBS buys/partners
Develop National Video final buy presentation
Manage Digital & Linear video partnerships
Oversee Buyer & Associate on stewardship tasks such as season to date reporting
Conduct and compile post analysis - determines insights and possible effects of data
Identify/resolve campaign execution issues
Work with Planning/Analytics team to develop regular campaign reporting on progress against key metrics
Be the main contact for Planning Team requests
Additional Day-to-Day Tasks
Manage workload of and helps train Buyer and Associate
Keep team "in the loop" on status of projects
Attend client meetings as requested, and provide follow-up to any internal/client requests
Maintain understanding of clients' needs and marketplace
Develop strategic relationships with key internal teams (other capabilities) and outside partners
Represent Video COE in internal and external discussions across key Video topics
Qualifications
Demonstrated Skills and Knowledge Working knowledge of all basic media systems/tools/processes (ie. MediaOcean, Prisma, Spectra/Media Bank)
Experience with all areas of National and Local Video, including Linear, OLV, CTV, Addressable
Comfortable with presenting, in person and virtually, to client and internal teams.
Work in a matrix (multi-supervisory) environment; manage one's time, and demonstrate personal organization
Observe agency procedures ( accurate timesheets, GDPs, 360 feedback)
Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel (can perform complex functions) and Word
Education and Experience
4+ years activation experience, with Digital experience

Compensation Range: $58,500-$88,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
