Tonymo LLC Store Manager in New York, New York
Job Duties: - Develop the written sales of the showroom and staff performance by monitoring the sales activity and providing strong support to your team;- Represent Roche Bobois as a brand ambassador in-store, on all communications and during professional events;- Guarantee high-end customer service (in-store, phone/email communications...);- Responsible for the staffing of the showroom: recruitment, interview, hiring and onboarding of new hires;- Lead, coach and manage a team of 12 associates (including 6 sales associates, 2 showroom assistants and 4 3D designers);- Ensure that all employees benefit from monthly one-on-one coaching sessions, sales feedback and role play to ensure that you identify and provide the necessary educational and training programs;- Ensure the digitalization of the showroom per the company guidelines and provide monthly reports to the commercial department and headquarters;- Organize, plan and prioritize the workflow of your team;- Ensure proper follow-ups with our clients, by guaranteeing that all needs are properly addressed and handled by your entire team through all received requests;- Ensure that the company sales techniques and values are known and used in the store;- Develop the trade and contract business of the showroom with professionals (Brokers, Hotels, Developers, Designer) in collaboration with the Commercial Director, Business Development Manager, and the Paris Head Quarter;- Participate in the coordination and represent the brand during the in-store Events with the Marketing department;- Ensure the proper labeling and pricing of displayed products;- Apply Roche Bobois policies and have all key information needed to sell (Quick ship stock references, samples, pricing);- Prioritize the liquidation of items with a low turnaround, to be replaced by better seller items;- Supervise bi-yearly showroom inventories with the showroom administrative and warehouse stock teams;- Track and supervise all sales orders, cancellations, store credits, and opening of credit lines in accordance with efficient and lawful practices;- Guarantee the correct and accurate entry of orders in our operating system; - Guarantee the supervision of all communication with our suppliers;- Supervise and assist all customerservice issues with the after-sales department, upon the internal process. Participate in house calls when required;- 2 (two) positions are available.Special Requirements:- Must have an Associate degree;- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Showroom manager in a furniture retail environment; luxury as a plus.- Proficiency in event planning.
