As a Senior Project Manager you will:
Work on medium to large-scale complex, cross-departmental projects that have a direct impact on the company
Drive cross-functional projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed; manage complex up and downstream project impacts.
Plan, design, manage and execute project plans to ensure delivery. This activity includes management through feasibility, design, planning and implementation.
Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation
Conduct regular meetings with project team. Document progress and report to stakeholders on project status.
Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
Identify ways to improve and streamline business process
The person will:
Exhibit a proven track record of project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work
Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
Display strong consulting and collaboration skills
In this role, the person will:
Work with internal and external partners to scale and execute well-managed aspects of the luxury travel programs
Provide operational support for luxury travel programs
Plan and schedule timelines for onboarding of new luxury travel partners
Support portfolio growth and removal of luxury travel program homes
Maintain communication with internal and external partners to manage the customer experience journey for luxury travel partners
Look for opportunities to strengthen, automate, and improve well-managed activities
Exhibit strong skills in being organized, detail oriented, and solution oriented
Produce insights and recommendations based on data/trends
Define SLAs and performance standards for our luxury travel partners and drive efforts to implement and track commitments.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
At least 3 years of Project Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters / MBA degree
At least 3 years of Project Management experience in Luxury Travel
At least 5 years of Project Management experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem solving and influencing skills
Work experience achieving results with complex projects

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $99,500 - $113,600 for Sr. Project ManagerCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
